KTF Financial Assistance Program

Any individual may submit a request for financial assistance for a KTF Patient Family as long as they are able to supply all pertinent information for the application process. A member of the KTF Board of Directors or the Ministry Director will complete a request form and ask for supporting documentation (I.e. copies of bills, etc.) to include with the request.

The KTF Board of Directors reviews and approves all requests for financial assistance. Upon approval the Board issues a distribution order to the Ministry Director who then administers payment.
